IARPA SMART Proposers' Day

PRESENTATIONS & POSTERS

Attendees who wish to present organizational capabilities for potential teaming opportunities may request to do so by selecting this option on the registration page. Only one presentation or poster is permitted per organization and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

After registration, registrants must e-mail the actual presentation or poster to dni-iarpa-baa-19-04@iarpa.gov no later than 5:00PM ET on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, in the formats specified below. Only one presentation or poster is permitted per organization. Presentations and posters will be presented to prospective teaming partners; Government personnel will not be present during these sessions for viewing or feedback. All approved slides and posters will be posted on www.iarpa.gov as soon as possible after the event. Presentations and posters should not include proprietary materials. It is the presenter's responsibility to ensure that all materials submitted are appropriately marked and approved for presentation and distribution by their organization. Submission of a presentation/poster to IARPA for this event will constitute permission to post the materials on the website.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Presentations will be limited to 5 minutes with a maximum of 5 slides (and no backup slides) that follow the presentation outline illustrated here. Presentations must be submitted in .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf format and cannot include audio files or videos. Changes to an already-approved presentation must be resubmitted for approval. At the conference, all presentations will be pre-loaded and run from a presentation laptop by IARPA staff; no onsite changes to presentations are allowed. Due to time constraints, there will be a limit of 20 presentations at the conference.

 

All presentation submissions must be emailed to dni-iarpa-baa-19-04@iarpa.gov for approval no later than 5:00PM ET on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Presentations will be reviewed and approved in the order in which they are received.  

POSTER GUIDELINES

Posters will be limited to twenty-eight (28) inches (width) by forty-four (44) inches (height) and should follow the template illustrated here. Posters must be submitted in .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf format. Changes to an already-approved poster must be resubmitted for approval. Attendees must bring their approved posters to the event printed on “stickpin thin” paper (not mounted on foam board). After check-in, an IARPA Event Staff member will direct attendees to the designated poster session area. Corkboards and thumb tacks will be available for mounting the posters and positioning is first-come, first-serve.
